Laura is Train4All's Learning and Development Co-ordinator.

Laura has a wealth of experience in supporting learners within education and is a welcome addition to the team. Laura will be guiding the scholars and apprentices through their programmes and supporting them and their employers by reviewing progress and ensuring Individual Learning Plans are maintained with targets being achieved.

Laura is also the Academy's Designated Safeguarding Lead and is on hand to support learners when they need it most.

Sarah is Train4All's Centre Administrator and is the first person visitors will meet when they attend for a course, interview or meeting.

Sarah has a wealth of experience in customer service and is a terrific support to the team.

Mark Mallen is an experienced trainer who comes with a plethora of qualifications within Health & Safety and the construction and engineering industry.

Mark worked for Highways England for a great number of years and has been teaching since 2014. Mark is a qualified Bricklayer and has joined the team to support our last Brick Apprentices through to completion, but he also delivers on the HSO Bronze and Silver courses designed for Hinkley Point C.

Martin has a wealth of experience as a fabricator welder.

Martin has excelled in his career as a welder and possesses numerous welding qualifications. Martin shows great empathy with learners and is working alongside ECITB Scholars, apprentices and HSO learners to deliver their choen pathways.

Simon has a wealth of experience as a fabricator welder. Formerly a serving member of the Armed Forces as a Metalsmith, Simon has excelled in his career working all over the world. After Simon left the military, he carried on his career as a welder and possesses numerous welding and inspection qualifications.

Simon now delivers training to our Engineering Fitter, Metal Fabrication and Welding apprentices, to our scholars and also candidates on the HSO Silver course at Cannington.

Tori is Train4All's Funding and Compliance Manager. Tori brings a wealth of experience having worked in local authority in Quality Assurance and also over twenty years of experience in Compliance within the Financial Services sector in the City.

She swapped city life a few years ago and relocated to sleepy Somerset. Alongside her role with Train4All, Tori also runs her own business conducting wonderful sound baths healing sessions and is also a celebrant - she brings a real sense of peace and calm to the Academy.

Fi Miller is Train4All's Finance and Accounts Co-ordinator based in Somerton. With over 21 years' experience, she has a wealth of accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll knowledge.

Rache Allen is Train4All's Chief Operating Officer and has been running Train4All with husband Jon since 2008. Rache has a wealth of experience in teaching, assessing, HR and Marketing. A former lecturer, assessor and internal quality advisor at local colleges, she has a background in delivering Business, Management, Retail, Teaching, Assessing and Verifying qualifications.

Rache now manages the companies marketing and finance whilst overseeing the operational side of Train4All.

Bob is an amazing volunteer at Train4All and supports the trainers in the workshop.

He has vast experience as a welder and has taught many on the arc. Bob now gives up his time to support our scholars, apprentices and adult learners with engineering and welding training and can often be found tinkering in the workshop. Everyone needs a Bob.

Jon is the Chief Executive at Train4All and everyone knows that he has a real passion for education and inspiring others.

He started his career in the military at 16 years old, progressing to the Air Defence Regiment in the Royal Artillery. Following injury, Jon was medically discharged from the Armed Forces, but to this day will continue to support those serving or in their resettlement phase. Following his exit from the military, Jon re-trained as a welder fabricator then plumbing and heating engineer before embarking on teaching career in 2003 within Further Education where he found his passion for educating others.

As the Chief, Jon focusses on curriculum and business development, but he is supports our NVQ learners on site and enjoys putting his overalls back on at any opportunity. He also supports external businesses, other educational providers and works alongside Awarding Organisations as a consultant, External Quality Advisor and End Point Assessor.
