Train4All offer the Hinkley Support Operative Silver course. This is an ideal course for General Operatives to progress in and around the mechanical trades in readiness to progress onto an individual trade apprenticeship or a pathway to NVQ-Diploma. This is classed as a mechanical course and has been co-written by us in partnership with the MEH alliance and Awarding Organisation ECITB. The 6-week course covers topics such as:

- Foreign Material Exclusion
- Hot Works Activities
- Plating
- Welding Appreciation
- Pipework
- Rigging
- Mechanical Fitting
The programme is for those employed at Hinkley Point C only.
