On Tuesday 17th January, we welcomed Matt Hartigan and Alan Clarke from Higos Insurance for our Somerset Business Awards Judges visit. It was fantastic to showcase our Construction and Engineering provision in Somerton and for the judges to meet some of the teaching team and learners. We also demonstrated our new Virtual Reality Welding equipment with the judges experiencing for themselves what it is like to weld, albeit virtually. Scoring wasn't competitive at all! We now look forward to hearing whether we have been shortlisted to the final 3!
"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, thank you for your time and warm insight to your business. The passion and pride you have shone through". Alan Clarke - Branch Trading Director, Somerton.
