National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2024 is the 17th annual celebration of apprenticeships.
The week brings together everyone passionate about apprenticeships to celebrate the value, benefit and opportunity that they bring.
Skills for life
The theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2024 is “Skills for Life”. We encourage everyone to consider how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and employers to develop a workforce with future ready skills.
The year we are once again holding practical taster sessions for year 10/11 learners on Monday 5th and Friday 9th February from 10.00 - 12.30pm at the academy in Somerton. Learners can try a range of trades such as bricklaying, carpentry, plastering, property maintenance and welding. Spaces are limited and booked on a first come first served basis, contact us directly to book your space.
We will also be holding an Information Event during the evening of Tuesday 6th February from 4.00 pm - 7.00 pm to discuss all courses, the full time pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship opportunities available post GCSE's. Click here to book your ticket, come along, meet the team and enrol to start building your future.
