Train4All Construction & Engineering Academy are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated Apprenticeship Account Manager to liaise with employers across the region and support apprentices through their apprenticeship journey.
The successful candidate will coordinate Construction & Engineering Apprenticeship programmes from enrolment through to achievement. The role will see the candidate increasing awareness of funded programmes by growing a customer base of SME and levy paying employers across the region. The role will also include engaging with local schools and employment agencies to promote curriculum opportunities and working effectively to meet agreed targets for recruitment.
Applicants must have prior experience in a similar role and understand apprenticeship standards and the review processes. Knowledge of the construction and engineering industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Salary £26k + OTE | Based in Somerton | Full Time Hybrid Working | Fuel Allowance
